Your success is our success and from the day that you join Wendy's Milk Bar you will be provided with all the training and information you need prior to opening your store. Ongoing training is also available for franchisees that would like to update their skills.

The Regional Manager in your state will also help you plan and action local area marketing and staff incentive programs. Customer Service Training also provides the perfect training and learning environment for your staff, ensuring you are getting the best from your employees. After all, they are the face of your business.

Our technology team ensure smooth day to day running of our systems including point-of-sale and our website which is a national resource

8 Steps To Owning Your Wendy’s Store

1 Getting to Know You
The first step is all about getting to know you which involves completing Wendy's Milk Bar Initial Application Form.

2Initial Interview
An Initial Interview will be arranged to ask each other any questions that we may have. If both parties feel that Wendy's Milk Bar is the right business for you, you will move to Step 3.

3Let's Get the Ice Cream Ball Rolling
You will be asked to complete and return a series of forms including but not limited to: Financial Position Verification, Franchise Detail Form, Business Plan, Budget Template, Credit Check Authority and Police Check.

4Store Information and Visits
A second round of information is now supplied including specific information on the store you are applying for. If you have not already, we recommend that you now take the opportunity to speak to a number of franchisees to get their view on owning a store and engage your professional advisors.

5 We Meet Again
Final Interview is conducted to discuss your paperwork and store details. This meeting can only take place once you have completed Steps 1-4 and you are confident in your decision to join the Wendy's Milk Bar team.

6Count Me In
You can now make your first official commitment to owning a Wendy's Milk Bar store. An Expression of Interest (EOI) Fee (for a new store) or a cooling off fee (for an existing store) payment of $5000.00 including GST is required by you. Please refer to the disclaimer at the bottom of this document for more information on an EOI Fee and the cooling off fee.

7Excited...
You will now be given your letter of offer for store purchase. We encourage you to take your time, seek professional advice and if you are ready to join the team, sign your documents, make payment and move to Step 8.

8Congratulations
You are now a proud owner of Wendy's Milk Bar. All elements of your new business will now be finalised including store design and the training program.

Additional Info
Expression of Interest Fee: This EOI Fee will be held by Wendy's Milk Bar and will be applied against the cost of securing and developing the new store. You will be entitled to a full refund of the EOI Fee until you have received your Disclosure Document and have executed the Franchise Agreement balance (if any) will be refunded to you at that time.
During the course of our selection process and the Training Program, Wendy's Milk Bar has the right to terminate your participation and application at its sole discretion.
